The practical judicial representation team of the Law Agency successfully represented the interests of a large uniform producer for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a dispute over the collection of debts for the delivered goods from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The work of the lawyers of Law Agency "Absolute" Limited Liability Company included the preparation of a statement of claim and necessary procedural documents and the participation in court hearings in the case.
Based on the results of consideration of the statement of claim, the court has ordered the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to pay the principal amount of the debt, as well as a penalty for violation of the terms of the tender and the supply contract, to the Claimant.
