The Supreme Special Court of Ukraine has rejected the cassation appeal of the opponent of the Client of Law Agency "Absolute" Limited Liability Company, thereby upholding the decision of the appellate court to refuse to satisfy the claim for recognizing the contract of sale of a land plot as valid.
When defending the Client's position, the lawyers of the Law Agency proved in the court of appeal that the decision to recognize the actual disputed contract directly contradicts the norms of the current legislation and violates the title of the Client to the plot of land under dispute.
Thanks to the legal work done by the lawyers of Law Agency "Absolute" Limited Liability Company, the Client was given the opportunity to formalize the ownership of the plot of land in accordance with the current legislation.
