Lawyers of Law Agency "Absolute" Limited Liability Company have successfully defended the interests of an individual during the examination of the bank's appeal on an unjustified claim for the recovery of debts in the amount of more than UAH 2.4 million.
As a result of consideration of the complaint, the Appeal Court of the Dnepropetrovsk region upheld the position of the lawyers of Law Agency "Absolute" Limited Liability Company and refused to satisfy the appeal of the bank.
It should be noted that during the representation of the interests of an individual at the stage of appeal against a lawful decision of the court of the first instance, the defendant's representatives built a legal position that allowed to prove the groundlessness of the bank's claims and the legality of the decision of the court of the first instance.
